(How to use)

As cooling vest

1. Flatten the cooling pack and freeze completely in refrigerator.
2. Put frozen one cooling pack into cooling (ice) bag and put cooling bag into silver cover and put it into cooling pocket positioned in the back of vest.
3. Exchange it with other cooled one when melted.

As warming vest

1. Flatten the warming pack and warm for maximum 4 minutes in microwave oven (less or 700W).
Do not exceed 4 minutes as it is maybe damaged.
2. Put one warming pack into warming bag and put warming bag into warming pocket positioned in the back of vest.
3. Exchange it with other warmed one when cooled.
